Terms of use

1. Publisher and purpose

LeUp CMsocial is an online service published by ORGANISATION DESTINÉE D’IMPACT. It helps analyse social media accounts, recommend a strategy, write text content, schedule and publish existing content and track results.

The service does not create images or videos with artificial intelligence. It guarantees no result, virality or audience.

2. Acceptance and changes

You accept these terms (version 2026-10-09) by ticking the box at sign-up. If they change substantially, a new version is published and you are asked to accept it before continuing.

3. Access to the service

The service is used with a LeUpManager account. You provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for actions made with your account. The service is intended for adults and professionals.

4. Plans

Plans: DÉCOUVERTE (free: 1 account or page, 5 drafts, paid publishing not included), START, PRO, BUSINESS and AGENCE (by quote). A connected account or page uses one slot, whatever the network. Paid plans include unlimited publishing in the commercial sense, subject to API limits, platform policies and anti-abuse protections. Prices in FCFA are shown on the Pricing page of leupmanager.com.

5. Payment, expiry and suspension

Payment is made through XPAYE for a period, with no automatic debit. You are warned before expiry. At expiry, paid features are suspended (your data is kept) and restored on payment. A browser return is never proof of payment: only the server-confirmed event counts.

6. Social network connections

You connect your accounts through official procedures (OAuth) and can revoke access at any time, here or at the network. You remain the holder of your accounts. A feature subject to a platform's review stays unavailable until approval is obtained.

7. Your obligations

You publish only lawful content you hold the rights to, follow each platform's terms, do not send abusive messages and do not use the service to deceive, harass, or for unauthorised scraping or automation.

8. Content and intellectual property

You keep your content. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. The software, brand and texts of the service remain with ORGANISATION DESTINÉE D’IMPACT. Suggestions written by the assistant must be reviewed: you remain responsible for what you publish.

9. Platform restrictions

Each network limits what is possible (publishing, messages, statistics) and may change its rules. When an action is impossible through the API, the service offers a guided manual mode and does not promise what does not exist.

10. Availability and support

The service is provided with reasonable means, with no commitment of continuous availability (except under an AGENCE contract). Support is by e-mail at support@leupmanager.com.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for breach of these terms or abuse. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (Data deletion page).

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ORGANISATION DESTINÉE D’IMPACT is not liable for content you publish, decisions made from recommendations, or unavailability or changes of third-party platforms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Côte d'Ivoire. The parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts are seized.
