1. What you can request

You can request deletion of LeUp CMsocial data: workspaces, linked social accounts, drafts, media, statistics and preferences.

2. How

Signed in: Settings > Data > Delete my data (password required). Without access to the app: enter your account address in the form below.

3. Verification

For a form request, a single-use link is sent to the account address (valid 24 h): clicking it proves you own it, then you confirm.

4. What is deleted

Your workspaces and all their content, access to social accounts (tokens revoked at the network then erased), your preferences and notifications. Accounts are no longer linked to LeUp CMsocial.

5. What may be kept

Your LeUpManager account, orders and receipts (accounting duties), proof of acceptance of the terms, and technical backups until rotation. To delete your LeUpManager account too, write to support@leupmanager.com. Deadline: 30 days at most.

6. Tracking

A confirmation code is shown at the end of the request; it lets you check its status on the tracking page. Deletion requests sent by Meta also receive a tracking code.
